One of the places I stock my knitted accessories is a shop in the market town of Petersfield, Hampshire, called Handmade Happiness. It specialises in filling its walls, shelves and tables with the very best of handmade from the local area. Owned by Jenny Stacy, who has worked in the craft industry all her life, it epitomises everything a local town should be embracing, a shop that is individual in both it's character and wares.
A beautiful wreath made by Brenda Tilbury hangs outside the shop welcoming everyone who visits.
I stumbled across Handmade Happiness as a result of winning a hamper at my children's school fete. The hamper was compiled of donated gifts from local shops, one of which was a little angel decoration that had been made by Jenny at Handmade Happiness. Intrigued by the angel I went in search of the shop...............the rest is history!

Justine Jenner's pottery has lovely, bright colourful insides and makes really great gifts. Justine will be exhibiting at the Farnham Maltings Christmas fair with me at the end of November. Come and visit us!
Hand knitted animals by Susie Inglis from Egg & Spoon studio. These are an absolute favourite of my 8 year old daughter, we have quite a menagerie at home now.
Niloo's beautiful spotty pots. Last Christmas Niloo made exquisite porcelain decorations which I bought and hung on presents instead of tags - I hope she makes them again this year.

For those of you local to Petersfield, I hope I've whetted your appetite enough to go and have a look in Handmade Happiness and discover for yourself what a local gem it is. It's nestled at the bottom of Dragon street and well worth the journey!
